No, we don’t. We only sell our products online for now.
Accept Reseller, Drop shipper or Distributor?
Sorry, we are not accept any reseller, drop shipper or distributor.
Is there any minimum order?
No, we don’t have any minimum order. Feel free to order even only 1 item.
Can I order via Line or Whatsapp?
Yes, you can.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes. Please create an account on menu “Register” before you order.
Can I change my shipping address after I get the invoice mail?
Yes, you can. Please contact us as soon as you can. Because, we can not change the address if the package already sent.
What about payment?
We use bank transfer, such as BCA and Mandiri for the payment method.
For overseas, we only use Western Union for the payment and you can contact us through email email@example.com for more details.
How soon can I get my order?
After you order, transfer and confirm your payment, we will process the order in 24 hours (on Monday until Friday)). Please note, we are off shipping on weekend or holidays. We only use JNE for domestic shipment and EMS for international shipment.
JNE has estimation 1 – 3 days, could be more.
EMS has 3-8 days, could be more.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can, kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org or text us +62 878 8328 4318 so we can give you the tracking number. Do not forget to tell us your order number.
Can I return or exchange the item(s)?
Returns or Exchange can be made only if:
- The products are damaged (e.g. the container is not working)
- We send you the wrong items.
